2009-10 Registration Procedure

Monfort Heights Church is adding a major addition to the current building. We are looking at a completion date of August 5. Once complete we will have a giant parking lot and a wonderful new entrance.
Enrollment for fall classes can be processed at any time. There are still several spaces available. Call the school at 481-5020 to check what is still available. if no one is available go to Contact Us and send your request along with your contact information. Then go to the page called School Forms and copy the application and medical forms. Call the school to schedule a tour of the facility.
We can only accept enrollment forms by mail.

Preschool Forms

All the forms you need to register your child for class are available on the web site. Look for the line 'School Forms' in the column at left and you will be taken to that location. All forms are in the PDF format. The PDF format ensures correct printing across different computers. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat on your system, you may download the current Adobe Acrobat reader.

Directed Creative Play is for 3 and 4 year old boys and girls for the school year September through May. The school meets at and is sponsored by the Monfort Heights United Methodist Church. The child must be at least 3 years of age, and must not be over kindergarten age.

We have a 2 day or 3 day program, morning or afternoon. The 2 day program is for Tuesday and Thursday - a.m. The 3 day program is for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning and afternoon. The morning class is held from 9:00 to 11:30. The afternoon is from 12:30 to 3:00.
